Senior Digital Transformation Specialist

Responsibilities:

Technical and Functional Tasks:

• Prepare technical project documents and RFPs in accordance with approved standards.

• Conduct technical evaluations for IT projects and provide recommendations.

• Analyze issues in existing systems and propose appropriate solutions.

• Collect and analyze departmental requirements to build new systems or enhance existing ones.

• Monitor system status regularly and prepare reports on their readiness and stability.

• Manage user accounts and permissions, ensuring compliance with information security policies.

• Oversee system and process automation initiatives and enhance their efficiency.

• Monitor system change requests and ensure proper execution.

Administrative and Supervisory Tasks:

• Manage IT projects and monitor their implementation across all phases (planning – execution – delivery).

• Create and follow up on procurement requests related to IT projects and control associated costs.

• Prepare and review IT project status reports and submit them to management.

• Prepare and follow up on project completion certificates.

• Develop and enforce policies and procedures for digital systems and services.

• Supervise digital transformation initiatives and ensure alignment with the organization’s strategic plans.

• Manage technical support tickets, track them until closure, and ensure quality of provided solutions.

Developmental and Training Tasks:

• Develop and implement digital transformation plans and update them continuously.

• Train employees and trainees (Tamheer program) on the use of digital systems and services.

•Enhance digital literacy among staff and promote the adoption of modern technologies.

• Contribute to improving user experience and ensure systems meet stakeholder needs.

• Continuously analyze departmental requirements to address emerging technical needs.

Required Education:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering or higher.

Required Years of Experience:

2 – 4 years in the same field.
