Product Designer

We are seeking a Product Designer to own the end-to-end design process for our digital products. This role is responsible for translating user needs and business goals into intuitive, effective, and visually compelling experiences across platforms. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and research teams to define, design, and ship impactful features from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Design: Lead the full product design lifecycle, including user research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and usability testing.
• User-Centered Advocacy: Conduct and synthesize user research, interviews, and usability tests to inform design decisions and validate solutions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define requirements, assess technical feasibility, and ensure high-quality, scalable implementation.
• Design Systems & Craft: Contribute to the development and maintenance of a cohesive design system, ensuring consistency in UI, interaction, and accessibility standards.
• Data-Informed Iteration: Use both qualitative feedback and quantitative data to analyze design performance and guide iterative improvements.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2+ years of professional product design experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your design process and impact on shipped products.
• Core Skills: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD). A solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Collaboration: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale to diverse stakeholders.
• Mindset: A systematic thinker with a bias for action, attention to detail, and a passion for solving complex user problems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience designing for mobile applications (iOS/Android) and a deep understanding of platform conventions.
• Experience building and maintaining design systems.
