We are looking to add a talented full-time or part-time Product Designer to our team who will help us design party supplies and decor for a variety of occasions, costumes and apparel, toys, summer and sport products, and more. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in childrens' illustration, with some experience in product/toy design or orthographic turns. They should have the ability to work within a variety of artistic styles in both vector and raster, experience communicating with project managers, and excellent time-management skills. Experience with concept design for costumes and pattern design is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design and develop innovative and engaging products across a variety of categories that are attractive, interesting, and fit the needs of our product management team.· Create sketches, orthographic turns, and print files to communicate design concepts and ideas both internally and with factories.

· Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and engineering, to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability.· Conduct market research and analyze trends to inform design decisions.

· Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept to production.· Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to other designers.· Stay up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and design techniques.· Develop and maintain the brand's visual identity and ensure consistency across all marketing materials.

· Participate in brainstorming sessions and pitch ideas to the team.· Ensure responsibility for the delivery of own and collaborative projects.

Requirements:

· A degree in Illustration, Graphic Design or a related field.

· At least 3 years of experience in illustration/graphic design/product design, have outstanding drawing skills and rich and diverse illustration experience.

· Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.· Experience in designing holiday products or working in the toy industry is a plus.

· Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
