Product designer

Key Responsibilities:

• User Research & Testing: Conducting surveys, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs, analyze behavior, and iterate on designs.
• Design & Prototyping: Creating user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Collaboration: Working with product managers and developers to define requirements and ensure technical feasibility.
• Strategy: Analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities for new products or improvements to existing ones.
• Design Systems: Developing and maintaining scalable UI elements, visual patterns, and design systems. Workable +4

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven work experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role.
• Technical Tools: Proficiency in design software (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and prototyping tools.
• Design Skills: Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions, sketching, and visual design.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate and explain design decisions.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field (often preferred). Workable +4
