Senior Designer

We are looking for a highly versatile and experienced Senior Designer with hands-on expertise across multiple design disciplines. The ideal candidate should have experience in branding, digital, print, UI/UX, motion graphics, and marketing creatives — capable of handling end-to-end design projects independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead creative direction and execution for all design projects.
• Develop brand identities, visual systems, and brand guidelines.
• Design marketing materials including social media creatives, ads, brochures, banners, and email templates.
• Create website designs, landing pages, and UI/UX prototypes.
• Work on motion graphics, animations, and basic video editing when required.
• Ensure consistency of visual identity across all platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, product, and development teams.
• Mentor junior designers and maintain quality standards.

Required Experience & Skills

• 5+ years of experience in multi-disciplinary design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in:
• Branding & Identity Design
• Social Media & Performance Marketing Creatives
• Website & UI/UX Design
• Print & Packaging Design
• Motion Graphics / Video Editing (basic to intermediate)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
• Expertise in Figma / Adobe XD for UI/UX design.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred

• Experience working in a digital marketing agency or fast-paced corporate environment.
• Knowledge of animation tools and AI-based design tools is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs170,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
