Sr Video Creator (remote)

We are hiring a senior-level Video Creator & Editor who can take raw ideas or rough direction and turn them into high-quality, scroll-stopping videos. This role is for someone who is fast, creative, detail-oriented, and understands modern social video styles (Reels/TikTok/Shorts) as well as professional business content.

You should be comfortable handling the full workflow:

concept → scripting support (optional) → editing → motion graphics → captions → sound design → export in multiple formats.

WHAT YOU’LL CREATE

- Short-form content: Reels / TikTok / YouTube Shorts (15–60s)

- UGC-style edits (from provided raw clips)

- Ad creatives (Meta/TikTok/YouTube)

- Podcast-style clips (multi-cam, captions, punch-ins, b-roll)

- Brand promos / service explainers

- Simple motion graphics and animated text layouts

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Creative + Execution

- Create high-performing short-form edits with strong hooks and pacing

- Add captions, motion text, b-roll, transitions, zooms, and sound design

- Improve raw footage quality: color correction, audio cleanup, stabilization

- Produce multiple variations (hooks, captions, CTAs) for testing

Systems + Workflow

- Organize files cleanly (project folders, naming, versions)

- Follow brand guidelines (fonts, colors, style) consistently

- Deliver on time with minimal revisions

- Communicate clearly and proactively (updates, blockers, timelines)

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

- 4–6+ years experience in professional video editing / content creation

- Strong portfolio showing short-form work + polished brand edits

- Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and retention (hook → payoff)

- Strong understanding of social formats and platform specs

- Ability to work fast without sacrificing quality

TOOLS (MUST HAVE)

- Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro OR DaVinci Resolve (either is fine)

- After Effects (or equivalent) for motion graphics/text animations

- Comfortable with CapCut (optional but helpful for trend-based edits)

- Familiarity with audio tools (basic EQ, noise reduction)
