Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer

Location: Islamabad, Pakistan (Full-Time, On-Site)

Role Overview

  • The Senior Graphic Designer will oversee the complete creative output of the marketing team.
  • This includes designing visuals for social media, website UI and content, Google Business
  • Profile graphics, advertisements, and video editing.
  • The ideal candidate combines creative excellence with technical expertise in design tools and is
  • capable of executing ideas from concept to completion with minimal supervision. This role
  • requires a hands-on designer who understands how visuals influence engagement, brand
  • recognition, and conversion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create visually compelling and brand-aligned designs for social media posts, website
  • pages, blogs, and marketing materials.
  • Design and enhance website UI layouts and visuals in coordination with the marketing
  • and web development teams.
  • Produce engaging Google Business Profile (GMB) graphics, banners, and ad
  • creatives.
  • Conceptualize and edit videos for promotional, social media, and advertising
  • campaigns.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print materials.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager and digital marketing team to deliver cohesive,
  • high-impact visuals.
  • Stay current with the latest design trends, UI/UX principles, and platform-specific
  • creative standards.
  • Work independently to manage multiple projects, ensuring timely and high-quality
  • deliverables.
  • Take ownership of creative processes and actively contribute to campaign strategy and
  • visual planning.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional design experience with a strong portfolio
  • showcasing diverse projects.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After
  • Effects) and Figma.
  • Experience designing website interfaces, marketing graphics, and social media
  • content.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, layout design, typography, and color theory.
  • Skilled in video editing for marketing and digital platforms.
  • Ability to work independently, make design decisions confidently, and manage multiple
  • priorities.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Experience working with U.S.-based clients or within a marketing agency is preferred.
