Join Landmark Digital as a Product Designer and help shape how millions of customers shop across some of the Middle East’s biggest retail brands. You’ll work across e-commerce platforms including mobile apps, mobile web, and desktop, designing end-to-end experiences that directly impact how customers discover, browse, and buy.
This is a hands-on product design role where your work ships to real users across the GCC and gets measured by real outcomes. You’ll collaborate daily with product owners, engineers, and brand stakeholders to solve meaningful problems across our digital commerce ecosystem. We’re looking for someone at a mid level, though we’ll absolutely consider a strong junior designer who demonstrates sharp thinking and a hunger to grow.
Based in Dubai, you’ll be part of a globally connected team working on products that serve customers across the region.
Job Description

Own design end-to-end for your assigned product area, from problem framing and research through wireframes, prototyping, visual design, and developer handoff.

Design across multiple platforms (mobile apps, mobile web, desktop) serving millions of users across the GCC, with full RTL (Arabic) and LTR support.

Translate business goals and user needs into clear, conversion-focused interfaces that perform.

Partner closely with product owners and engineers to ship work that moves metrics, not just looks good.

Contribute to and evolve our multi-brand design system in Figma, ensuring consistency and scalability across brands.

Use data, analytics, and experimentation results to inform and iterate on your designs.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

2–5 years of product, UX, or UI design experience, ideally in e-commerce or consumer digital products.

A portfolio that shows real problem-solving and shipped work, not just visual polish. Show us how you think, not just what you made.

Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, auto layout, and prototyping.

Solid grasp of interaction design, information architecture, and responsive design across devices.

Experience designing transactional flows, checkout journeys, or payment experiences is a plus.

Fintech exposure is also welcome.

Comfort working in fast-paced, cross-functional teams with product and engineering.

An active interest in AI and a willingness to evolve your design process as the industry changes.

Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.

Attention to detail and a genuine care for craft.

Experience with RTL/bilingual design (Arabic + English), design systems at scale, A/B testing, or familiarity with front-end concepts (HTML, CSS) are all nice to have.
