We are building the infrastructure for the next phase of financial compliance and digital transformation in the region, with a strong focus on e-invoicing and scalable financial operations

Job Purpose

As a Product Design Lead, you will own and shape the end-to-end product experience across mazeed; from customer-facing SaaS journeys to internal operational tools.

• How customers onboard, understand, and trust the product

• How internal teams (finance, CX, operations) perform and scale

• The overall quality, consistency, and usability of mazeed platforms

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead the design of end-to-end product experiences across key domains (onboarding, billing, reporting, internal tools)

• Define and evolve the design system, ensuring consistency across the product

• Drive product discovery alongside Product Managers — helping shape problems, not just solutions

• Translate complex financial and operational workflows into simple, scalable user experiences

• Establish and enforce UX standards, interaction patterns, and design principles

• Ensure high-quality implementation by working closely with frontend engineers

• Introduce and scale user research and usability testing practices

• Mentor and guide designers as the team grows

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors' degree in a design, art or relevant field

• 6+ years of experience in product/UX design, with experience leading design efforts

• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product ownership and systems thinking

• Proven ability to design for complex workflows and multi-step processes

• Advanced proficiency in Figma (design systems, components, prototyping)

• Strong collaboration with product and engineering teams in fast-paced environments

• Excellent communication and storytelling skills

Desireable Skills and Qualifications

• Experience designing internal tools, admin panels, or operations-heavy platforms

• Background in fintech, ERP, or SaaS platforms

• Experience building or scaling a design system across multiple teams

• The product experience is cohesive, intuitive, and scalable across all modules

• Complex workflows feel simple and efficient for both customers and internal users

• Design becomes a strategic driver in product decisions, not just execution

• Engineers implement designs smoothly with minimal back-and-forth

• A strong design system is adopted and maintained across teams
