Job Summary:

The Product Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing furniture products that align with Al-Haadi Mobilya’s brand vision and customer preferences. This role involves creating innovative designs, preparing technical drawings, collaborating with production teams, and ensuring products are functional, aesthetically appealing, and manufacturable.

Key Responsibilities:Product Design & Development

• Create original furniture designs based on market trends, customer needs, and brand aesthetics.
• Develop detailed technical drawings, 3D models, and prototypes.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure designs are manufacturable and cost-effective.
• Revise and improve existing product designs based on feedback and market demand.

Market Research & Innovation

• Research furniture design trends, materials, and finishes.
• Identify opportunities for new product lines or design enhancements.
• Ensure designs meet quality, functionality, and safety standards.

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with sales, marketing, and production teams for design approvals and product launches.
• Assist in creating presentations and visuals for client proposals or internal reviews.
• Communicate design concepts clearly to stakeholders.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain organized records of design drafts, prototypes, and revisions.
• Prepare design specifications, material lists, and production guidelines.
• Track progress of product development from concept to completion.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Interior Design, Furniture Design, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in furniture or product design preferred.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar.
• Strong creative, visualization, and technical drawing skills.
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, and furniture manufacturing processes.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
