Product Development Director

About the Role:
VARed Software and Educational Technology LLC is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Product Development Director (EdTech Platforms) to lead the design, development, and scaling of digital learning platforms in Doha, Qatar. This role focuses on driving product innovation, overseeing platform development, and aligning educational technology solutions with market needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy: Define and execute roadmap for EdTech platforms and digital learning solutions
• Platform Development: Oversee development of LMS, e-learning tools, and digital education products
• Innovation: Drive adoption of new technologies in education (AI, cloud, interactive learning)
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with educators, developers, and business teams
• Market Analysis: Identify trends in EdTech, digital learning, and user needs
• Performance Monitoring: Track product KPIs, adoption rates, and platform growth
• Team Leadership: Manage product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: Senior-level experience in product development, EdTech, or digital platforms
• Skills: Strong leadership, product strategy, and technical understanding
• Education: Degree in IT, Education Technology, Business, or related field
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in LMS, SaaS, or digital education ecosystems
• Leadership: Ability to lead product teams and large-scale platform initiatives
