Product Development Executive – Textiles

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Product Development Executive to manage textile product development from concept to production. This role requires close coordination between sales, merchandising, production, and quality teams to ensure developments are completed accurately, on time, and as per customer requirements.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and detail-driven, with a strong understanding of textile processes and the mindset to take ownership of work.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end product development for textile products (fabric, labels, trims, or related items).
• Coordinate with Sales/Merchandising, Production, QC, and Procurement for smooth execution.
• Handle sample development, revisions, approvals, and timelines.
• Translate customer requirements into clear internal instructions.
• Follow up on raw materials, artwork, specs, and approvals without delays.
• Track development status and ensure deadlines are met.
• Identify potential issues early and resolve them before production impact.
• Maintain accurate development records, specifications, and documentation.
• Support continuous improvement in development processes.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in textile product development or related manufacturing roles.
• Strong understanding of textile materials, processes, and sampling.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple developments at the same time.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
