Margot New York is a better leather goods design, development, and manufacturing house specializing in elevated handbags and accessories. We partner closely with factories to bring high-quality products from concept to delivery, combining thoughtful design with strong production execution.

We are seeking a detail-oriented, entry-level Product Development/Production Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in handbag production, product development, and accessories manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support in the development and production of new styles from concept to production
• Create and maintain organized production records and support day-to-day operations
• Review production documents, shipping marks, and packaging information for accuracy
• Communicate with internal logistics and accounting teams regarding style development, production and delivery information
• Track production timelines to ensure on-time delivery of goods
• Other administrative tasks as required

Qualifications:

• Product development, production, fashion, or accessories experience preferred but not required
• Interest in handbags, leather goods, or fashion production
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States

Preferred Skills

• Basic understanding of supply chain or manufacturing processes
• Experience working with overseas factories is a plus

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
