Role: Product Engineer @ Telegram Trading Bot

Location: Remote (EU time zone preferred) — core team based in Dubai

About the Team

Plexus has partnered with a high-performance blockchain trading group based in Dubai. The team recently merged with a pair of exceptional developer-founders, combining top technical talent with deep blockchain and trading experience.

They’re fully independent, profitable, and operating without the need for fundraising. The mission is simple: build elite trading systems with elite people.

They value speed, precision, and autonomy — this is not a place for hand-holding.

What You’ll Do

• Own project delivery across multiple blockchain and trading initiatives — from concept through execution.
• Coordinate between developers, founders, and trading teams to align goals, milestones, and deliverables.
• Work closely with the development team before transitioning to take ownership of the product roadmap.
• Contribute directly to development and/or DevOps — this is a hands-on technical role, not purely management.
• Allocate roughly 10–15 hours per week on project management and coordination; the rest will be spent actively supporting the development or DevOps efforts.
• Translate complex technical and trading requirements into clear, actionable project plans.
• Identify and remove blockers, ensuring projects stay on schedule and on scope.
• Maintain tight communication loops — daily syncs, async updates, and clear documentation.
• Contribute to shaping product direction by connecting user, technical, and trading insights.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, Product Owner, or Technical Program Manager — ideally within blockchain, trading, or high-performance software environments.
• Solid development background (smart contracts, DeFi protocols, or backend systems) — you must be able to contribute code and support DevOps when needed.
• Strong understanding of blockchain systems, APIs, and backend architecture.
• Able to thrive in a fast-moving, high-autonomy environment.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented — you bring clarity where there’s complexity.
• Fluent in French (required); comfortable working and documenting in English (a plus).
• Hungry, pragmatic, and ready to join a profitable and scaling team.
