Requirements
Bachelor’s in computer science or relevant field
Minimum 9-10 years of relevant work experience
In-depth knowledge of the industry and domain in which the organization operates. Understanding market trends, competitors, and customer needs is crucial for strategic product decisions
Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships, including development teams, business analysts, designers, senior management, and external partners or clients
Strong leadership qualities to guide and inspire the development team, set a clear product vision, and lead strategic product planning
The ability to make critical decisions, resolve conflicts, and provide clear direction to the development team, often in complex and ambiguous situations
Experience in leading cross-functional teams, including coaching and mentoring less experienced product team members
