What is Product Expert?

The Product Expert- Wealth Management will be responsible for managing and growing JazzCash's wealth product portfolio, covering digital lending, savings, and investment solutions. The role focuses on product operations, portfolio management, customer experience, and data-driven insights to ensure the products run smoothly and continue to add value for customers.

The role reports directly to the Head of Product Development and Innovation.

What does a Product Expert do?

• Generate insights and portfolio analytics to monitor and optimize the performance of digital lending, savings, and investment products.
• Manage the product roadmap and prioritize enhancements based on JazzCash objectives, regulatory requirements, and customer feedback.
• Work closely with MMBL finance, operations, risk, and compliance teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of all wealth products.
• Support in monitoring and tracking the Profit & Loss of the portfolio with a strong focus on operational efficiency and product sustainability.
• Oversee the end-to-end complaint handling process for wealth products, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvements in service levels.
• Collaborate with technology teams to deliver system enhancements, bug fixes, and UI/UX improvements across the JazzCash app, USSD, and call center.
• Conduct periodic diagnostic and trend analysis to design portfolio optimization strategies while factoring in customer behavior, risk, market dynamics, and seasonality.
• Coordinate with marketing, sales, and growth teams to support product adoption through effective campaigns and customer education.

What are we looking for and what does it require to be a Product Expert?

• Minimum qualification: Bachelor's in Management Sciences, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in managing digital products (experience in fintech/wealth products is a plus).
• Familiarity with digital lending, savings, and investment landscapes along with knowledge of product lifecycle management.
• Strong command of Excel or other tools for analytics and reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to work effectively across JazzCash and MMBL teams.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and propose actionable insights.
