Role Objective
Lead the
end-to-end lifecycle management
of the corporate cards portfolio, including
planning, development, enhancement, and launch of local card products
. Ensure alignment with corporate strategies, regulatory compliance, and market competitiveness while driving revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic

Develop and implement segmentation strategies and annual business plans for corporate cards.

Monitor industry trends, economic events, and regulatory changes (QCB and others); recommend updates.

Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support strategic objectives.
Operational
-
Product Lifecycle Management:
Drive development, enhancement, and
launch of local card products
.

Prepare business cases, pricing models, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer surveys to identify gaps and opportunities.

Collaborate with marketing for product positioning, campaigns, and promotional plans.

Monitor product performance, profitability, ROI, and implement cost optimization strategies.

Ensure risk management, quality assurance, and compliance with operational frameworks.

Leverage digital infrastructure and technology-driven solutions for product innovation.

Coordinate with IT for system testing, upgrades, and integration.
People Management

Allocate tasks, supervise team performance, and provide coaching and feedback.

Qualifications & Experience
Education:
-
Degree in Business Administration (Banking/Finance or Sales/Marketing).

Master’s in Management or related discipline preferred.
Experience:
10–15 years in banking/financial services.

Proven expertise in
corporate cards product management and launches of local card products
.

Strong project and product management skills.
-
Experience in managing teams and cross-functional projects.
