Production Manager

We are looking for a skilled Production Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing files for production, coordinating with vendors, managing timelines, and ensuring all projects are executed with high quality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and finalize production-ready files (printing, laser, UV, packaging, display items, etc.)
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for smooth production workflow
• Review artwork, materials, and technical specifications before production
• Manage production schedules, approvals, and quality control
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet required standards
• Solve production-related issues and maintain proper documentation

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of print production, materials, and finishing methods
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and pre-press setup
• Experience in packaging, large-format printing, promotional gifts, events, or related fields
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects
• Good communication skills and problem-solving ability
• Minimum 2–3 years of production experience (agency or printing background preferred)
