Job Description:

We require a Product Hunting and Sourcing job in Islamabad Capital Territory, Pakistan

Bachelor’s degree in any field, from a recognized university.

Preferred Age of 25-42

Experience:

• Strong planning and organizing skills to handle operational assistance tasks under the given timelines.
• Proficiency in computers, especially Word, Excel, CRM and Outlook.
• Effective writing and communication skills in English.

Responsibility :

• Attends inbound and makes WhatsApp chat / Online chat etc.. responds
• Registers and follows up customers’ inquiries or complaint/s
• Prepares quotations/estimates for customers
• Prepares weekly reports on power retailers
• Handles our products / spare parts inquiries and customers' registration via chat or emails.
• Ensures all field teams address customers’ complaint/s and requests
• Develops customer feedback system to ensure customer satisfaction
• Sends daily and monthly reports to the manager
• Addresses customers’ queries
• Prepares Statement of Accounts of various parties and follows up
• Coordinate with teams
• Sends daily and monthly reports to the manager
• Handles prospective clients and provides counselling
• Conduct thorough market and product research.
• Analyze product demand, competition, and pricing.
• Research and identify reliable suppliers or manufacturers, including sourcing from platforms like Alibaba.
• Communicate with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms.
• Evaluate product quality and profitability by calculating landed costs, including shipping and Amazon fees.
• Monitor and track inventory trends to ensure continuous availability of top-performing products.
• Stay updated on e-commerce trends to optimize product listings and sourcing strategies.
