Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced outsourced Pharma Launch Project Coordinator to oversee the planning, execution, and successful launch of new products. This is a temporary, project-based position for a duration of 9 months, ideal for professionals with strong project management experience in the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams and managing timelines and ensuring compliance with the company SOPs. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent project management skills and a high time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Initiation:
  • Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timelines.
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
  • Coordination and Execution:
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on-time and within scope.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Maintain regular communication with all stakeholders, providing updates on project status, risks, and issues.
  • Facilitate project meetings and ensure effective communication among team members.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure all projects comply with industry regulations and quality standards.
  • Oversee quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on project progress and performance.
