Key Responsibilities
1. Product Strategy & Development

Define the derivatives business roadmap in line with customer needs and market opportunities.

Conceptualize and deliver new features, tools, and platforms to enhance trading experience.

Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify product gaps and new trends

Track product performance and ensure continuous improvement through analytics and customer insights.

Coordinate with Technology, Operations, and Risk teams for seamless product execution.
2. Business Growth & Marketing

Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns to drive active trader acquisition and higher turnover.

Develop cross-sell and up-sell strategies across equity, F&O, and margin products.

Collaborate with Marketing and Digital teams on go-to-market strategies and communication.

Use analytics to identify trading patterns and create engagement-driven initiatives.
3. Stakeholder & Performance Management

Work closely with Sales/RMs teams to improve customer adoption and retention.
-
Present business metrics, campaign results, and growth plans to senior leadership.
-
Manage external partnerships and vendor relationships as required.
Key Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of derivatives products, trading platforms, and market dynamics.

Proven track record in product management or business strategy within capital markets.

Data-driven approach with ability to translate insights into actionable growth strategies.

Strong collaboration, analytical, and communication skills.

Experience with marketing campaign planning and performance tracking.
