Product Listing Assistant

Due to continued business growth, we are looking for an Experienced Listing Assistant to join our successful team. We're looking for someone who has advanced knowledge of the eBay, Amazon, Shopify and Facebook platforms and can manage our current store and develop our Facebook account for sales leads and product marketing

Essential Qualifications:

• University Graduate with at least 2years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce
• Excellent English – Spoken & Written

Experienced in managing full website operations, increasing online performance and designing and managing optimal online customer experiences. We are expect you to be experienced and have advanced knowledge of online marketplaces.

Responsibilities:

Ultimately, you should be able to act as the face and voice of our brand and manage all aspects of our current online store and more

Including answering supplier and customer queries and questions – email & telephone

Designing and creating eye-catching eBay listings that secure high interaction rates

Updating existing listings and product portfolio

Content creation and webscraping from supplier websites

Image editing

Optimising content to enhance content discoverability on the platform and effectively monetise content to maximise revenue opportunities

Understand and abide by marketplace rules

Working with the UK team to help generate ideas for exciting, original content as well as using platform data to help inform and improve content creation

Generating purchase orders

Generating 3rd party orders

Manage existing orders and customers

Requirements:

Proven working experience in building and maintaining an e-commerce account

Image editing skills, including optimisation, isolating and resizing.

Good technical proficiency in Adobe digital design software, including Photoshop and Illustrator.

Up-to-date understanding of best practice for web, email and mobile communications, including accessibility.

Dedicated team player.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques.

Basic knowledge of the Search Engine Optimisation process and product photography

Candidate:

Timings: 1 pm - 9 pm (6 days, Monday to Saturday)

Excellent verbal communication skills

Excellent writing skills

Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills

Hands-on experience with good sales revenue for online platforms

Ability to interpret website traffic

Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver
