Responsibilities

• Spearhead the development and execution of an inspiring product roadmap that aligns with our strategic goals and fulfills customer needs.
• Define and manage Loyalty product features and functionalities to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience.
• Lead the development process , overseeing user testing, quality assurance, and successful product launches.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for enhancement.
• Collaborate with expert data scientists and AI engineers to integrate cutting-edge AI algorithms into our loyalty and rewards platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Over 6 years of experience in product management , with a strong emphasis on Loyalty and Rewards programs or other customer engagement initiatives.
• Proven success in launching and iterating Loyalty and Rewards products for financial services, demonstrating a track record of impactful results.
• Exceptional ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about creating products that deliver value to both customers and the business.
• Strategic and logical thinker with excellent planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
