Job Description

Assist in identifying and onboarding new vendors for various product categories.

Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitive pricing, and product opportunities.

Support in negotiating pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.

Coordinate with suppliers for sample approvals and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Maintain and update vendor databases and sourcing documentation.

Track purchase orders, deliveries, and returns to ensure smooth procurement operations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams like inventory, logistics, and marketing for operational alignment.

Prepare reports and presentations related to sourcing activities and market insights.

Provide administrative and operational support to the sourcing team as needed.
