What makes you a good fit:

• Product management or business analysis experience in banking/financial technologies (5+ years)
• Deep knowledge of onboarding and KYC processes.
• Proficiency in mobile application security. Knowledge of BRSA, MASAK, and global regulations
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
• Keeps up-to-date on technology trends and has an innovative mindset
• Experience in product integration with digital sales channels
• Product management experience with mobile SDK or API-based products (preferably in the finance/technology sector)
• Project experience with technologies such as biometric authentication, NFC, and video verification and history of working with fraud prevention systems is plus
• Familiarity with standards such as API security, OAuth2, and OpenID Connect and experience with mobile application user experience is plus
• Knowledge of mobile security technologies (encryption, device security, root/jailbreak detection, fraud prevention)

What you’ll experience working at Softtech:

• Design, develop, and continuously improve end-to-end digital onboarding processes
• Manage KYC processes (identity verification, document verification, biometric verification, liveness tests, etc.) in compliance with regulations
• Define product strategies in the area of mobile application security (secure session management, encryption, device security, fraud prevention)
• Monitor and integrate changes in regulations (BRSA, MASAK, KVKK, PSD2, etc.) into the product roadmap
• Work closely with software development teams to backlog and prioritize product requirements
• Develop customer-friendly solutions by ensuring a balance between user experience and security
• Conduct research on and integrate new technologies (eKYC, digital identity, passive/active liveness detection, AI-based fraud prevention) into the product
• Ensure end-to-end product ownership by liaising with business units, compliance, and legal teams
