Product Manager

We are seeking a Product Manager for a leading FMCG scale-up operating at the intersection of healthy living and digital commerce. Reporting directly to the leadership team, this role is the sole product owner within the organisation — managing the full digital product lifecycle from website infrastructure and third-party integrations to platform optimisation and future mobile app development.


Role Purpose:


This is a strategically pivotal role that bridges technology and business. As the company's only dedicated product leader, you will take full ownership of the digital platform — shaping the roadmap, managing core systems, and identifying how technology can drive both growth and operational excellence. The role requires someone with strong product instincts and a commercial mindset — equally at ease discussing payment systems and user journeys as they are exploring CRM-driven funnel optimisation.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Own and evolve the company’s digital ecosystem, including website infrastructure, platform integrations, and future mobile app development
  • Lead product discovery and translate business needs into clear product requirements and technical execution plans
  • Manage end-to-end product delivery in collaboration with developers, designers, and third-party vendors
  • Analyse user behaviour, conversion funnels, and retention patterns to inform roadmap priorities
  • Evaluate and implement new tools and systems — from checkout flows to marketing automation and CRM platforms
  • Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team on how product decisions impact customer experience, revenue, and scalability


Must-Have Qualifications:


  • 4+ years of experience in digital product management, ideally within e-commerce, DTC, or tech-driven consumer brands
  • Proven track record of launching and iterating digital products end-to-end
  • Strong understanding of web technologies, platforms, and integrations (e.g., CMS, payments, analytics, CRM)
  • Business-oriented mindset with experience aligning product work to commercial goals
  • Excellent project management, stakeholder communication, and execution skills


Nice-to-Have Qualifications:


  • Experience in high-growth or scale-up environments
  • Exposure to funnel management, customer lifecycle tools, or marketing automation systems
  • Comfort with basic technical concepts — APIs, infrastructure choices, data tracking
  • Familiarity with mobile app product development


Key KPIs:


  • Website conversion rate and performance metrics
  • Funnel optimisation and CRM engagement metrics
  • Timely and successful execution of product roadmap milestones
  • User satisfaction and retention improvements
  • Uptime, performance, and stability of core systems
