We offer a comprehensive suite of customer-centric services and solutions on CXPaaS stack which include Enhanced Business Messaging, Voice, Email, Identity, SMS filtering, Analytics & Monetization.

Knowledge of the business communication space and OTT channel (good to have) or worked on similar domain

Role :

Responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager also ensures that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.

• 3+ years of product management experience
• Knowhow of Project management ( worked on any of the below tools listed JIRA, Trello, Redmine, etc..)
• Min 2 live product or more (Better if worked from scratch )
• Knowledge of the Product collateral ( PDD, Product decks, etc..)
• APIs and integrations experience
• CRM and Marketing Automation platforms integrations
• Experience in OTT platforms like WhatsApp, RCS and Viber

• Understanding of development lifecycle
• Understanding of programming language
• Worked on analytics and Dashboard
• Know how to work on Postman for API testing
• Application & API testing
