Responsibilities

• Define and execute product roadmap aligned with business goals
• Identify customer pain points and design impactful product solutions
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and business teams for executing
• Drive go-to-market strategies and measure product performance
• Ensure delivery excellence with strong focus on quality and timeline

Requiremen ts:

• 3–4 years of experience in Product Management (at least 1 year in a startup preferred).
• Experience in fintech/financial services is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• B.Tech/BE required; MBA from a top school preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
