Job Summary:
The Product Manager is responsible for driving brand awareness, portfolio positioning, and marketing execution for the product line across KSA, Qatar, and Bahrain. The role involves translating product strategy into actionable marketing and operational plans, ensuring effective implementation in alignment with commercial objectives. Working closely with the sales and commercial teams, the Product Manager will lead initiatives to achieve business targets, enhance market presence, and drive sustainable growth. Key responsibilities include conducting market share analysis, identifying growth opportunities, and executing brand and promotional activities to strengthen the company’s market position within the assigned territories.
Job Responsibilities:
As regards duties, the position will:

Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the medical consumables area, including market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs within KSA, Qatar, and Bahrain.

Analyze customer experience and insights to identify unmet needs and deliver complete product and service solutions aimed at improving customer satisfaction and driving portfolio growth.

Collaborate closely with the commercial team to support the achievement of business objectives, sales targets, and market share growth for the wound care portfolio.

Build awareness and understanding of the company’s solutions among key stakeholders, healthcare professionals (HCPs), and key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the assigned markets.

Establish and maintain strategic relationships with major KOLs and other healthcare stakeholders to strengthen brand credibility and advocacy.

Plan and implement marketing campaigns, product strategies, and launches, ensuring consistent and effective communication of the product value proposition to target audiences.

Translate product strategies into operational plans and tactical initiatives that highlight product advantages and differentiation from competitors.

Represent the company through regular customer visits to collect market feedback, assess customer satisfaction, and identify potential areas for product or service improvement.

Conduct training sessions for the commercial team to enhance their knowledge of products, market dynamics, competitors, and new promotional materials and tools.

Participate in local and international scientific events, congresses, and meetings related to wound care to strengthen the company’s presence and brand awareness.

Support the development of local scientific evidence in collaboration with KOLs to reinforce the clinical credibility and positioning of the wound care portfolio.
Requirements:

MS or BS degree in Marketing, Business, or a scientific field

2–3 years of proven experience in Product Management

Experience in the Saudi healthcare market and strong customer knowledge are advantages

Solid understanding of the challenges and dynamics within the healthcare environment
