We are searching for the best talent for Product Manager to be located in UAE.

Purpose
  • The Product Manager is accountable for leading the achievement of the portfolio's business results in the Gulf by developing and implementing the portfolio strategy in an exceptional manner. They will work in close collaboration with EMEA, ensuring optimal alignment between EMEA, GCC and country strategies. They will be accountable for achieving key business metrics (Market share, Patient share, Business Plan target, etc.) with the core value team collaboration influenced by exceptional leadership without authority. They will also lead and shape in developing and executing the successful launch strategy of new brand/indications and potential other pipeline products.
  • The Product Manager will coach and mentor the product specialists on the key tasks and share the best practices across the organization.
You Will Be Responsible For
  • Proactively track developments in healthcare and monitor external activity, competitors, third-party data, trends including social listening in creative ways.
  • Understand the importance of customer empathy, using informal and formal sources to get closer to customers via creative and design thinking methods.
  • Describe in depth what a customer journey is, the stakeholders involved and why it is important to our business and connect this to the strategy.
  • Shape informal and formal research and know what a good research brief looks like while leading the team to ask the right questions.
  • Analyze and interpret data from a range of sources (macroeconomic, regulatory, cultural, medical, technological trends).
  • Develop value propositions and recognize they are developed through deep understanding of the customer's desired experience.
  • Support and lead the team, providing information to help validate and assess the commercial impact of value propositions.
  • Understand cost-effectiveness and the key value drivers for stakeholders and advocate Janssen value propositions.
  • Draft brand benefits and positioning, and how it dictates the marketing strategy, decisions, plans and supporting materials based on deep insights.
  • Understand scenario analysis and how to interpret data to identify possible future actions.
  • Lead portfolio management through analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Support the cross-functional team in launch planning to bring launches to life effectively and efficiently.
  • Proactively seek sources of data on target audiences, medical marketing, therapeutic areas, competition, and healthcare landscape to develop insights.
  • Network with peers and externally to learn best practices and lessons learned.
  • Lead and manage, where possible, in shaping business cases and identify required inputs.
  • Know and teach others the tools used to track and report brand equity and apply results to shape priorities.
  • Identify and socialize key performance indicators to measure success of initiatives.
  • Develop, execute and evaluate marketing plans and support initiatives with informed choices at key milestones.
  • Develop messaging that is relevant and engaging for audiences; deliver internal presentations with storytelling and coach others.
  • Understand the importance of external messaging and audience needs.
  • Participate in agency briefings and feedback sessions and help others in this process.
  • Build collaborative external partnerships to deliver brand strategies and strengthen competitive advantage.
  • Collaborate to align individual goals with a shared vision of success and educate others on how decisions are made.
  • Lead the team to explore regulatory challenges with innovative thinking and use external examples to inspire problem solving.
  • Assist in mapping the customer journey, identifying pain points, and understanding needs on- and off-line at each step.
  • Manage brand spend and resources to optimize budget utilization.
Qualifications / Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven Product/Brand Management experience.
  • A minimum of 4 years, preferably within marketing.
  • Fluency in English required.
  • Strong ability to build bridges and alliances across functional and regional boundaries to deliver value.
