What you’ll do

• Own the full product lifecycle from discovery and design to delivery and optimization with a strong focus on data-driven decisions

• Define and track key metrics (activation, retention, conversion) to inform strategy and unlock growth

• Turn user behavior, A/B test results, and market trends into actionable product improvements

• Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, and Design to build products that balance user value and business goals

• Communicate clearly with stakeholders, aligning vision with measurable outcomes

What we’re looking for

• 1–3 years of Product Management experience (fintech or consumer-tech is a plus)

• Analytical mindset with hands-on experience using tools like SQL, Mixpanel, or similar

• Passion for solving complex problems with simple, data-driven solutions

• Strong communication and collaboration skills — you can simplify complex ideas for any audience
