The Product Manager will spearhead initiatives focused on understanding parent consumer behavior deeply to inform marketing strategies, campaign design, and product innovation. This strategic role involves collaborating with sales teams to support ongoing programs such as Festival Campaigns, AGC, and school activities aimed at increasing student enrollments.


By blending consumer research, product management, and innovative thinking, the Product Manager will ensure that the company's offerings remain aligned with evolving market needs and consumer preferences, ultimately helping to strengthen brand positioning and drive sustained success.


Responsibilities:


The ideal candidate will be responsible for


  • Brand and product management, consumer research or product innovation.
  • Having deep consumer( parent) understanding that will help us design marketing campaigns.
  • To work closely with the sales team to support existing programmes for new students (Festival Campaigns, AGC, Other School Activities) and also new Franchisees.
  • Support in Managing and resolving the complaints within timelines by coordinating with the parent, franchisees, and channel teams.
  • Coming up with innovative insights based on the above which will help in marketing.


Qualifications:

Experience: 6 - 10 years


Educational Qualification:

B.Tech - Or any Science degree

MBA from a Tier 1 college/ Reputed Institutes
