I’m looking for an experienced Product Manager – IT to define, design, and drive digital lending products (LOS/LMS) for a leading financial organization.

📍 Location: Delhi

💼 Experience: 8+ Years

What You’ll Do:

🔹 Define and own the product roadmap – from ideation to launch and iteration

🔹 Drive end-to-end product lifecycle : requirements → APIs & integrations → implementation → post-launch success

🔹 Collaborate with Tech, Risk, Compliance, and Operations teams for seamless delivery

🔹 Ensure regulatory compliance , scalability, and customer-centric UX

🔹 Work with key metrics like adoption, ROI, cost savings, turnaround time, and NPS

🔹 Mentor and guide junior product talent

What You Bring:

✅ Proven experience in the NBFC / Banking domain

✅ Strong exposure to LOS / LMS platforms

✅ Sound understanding of lending operations , credit, risk, and collections

✅ Bachelor’s in Engineering / CS / Finance; MBA is a plus

✅ Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
