Product Manager

About the Role

We are building a brand-new product development division within our established services company. As the Product Manager, you will be the entrepreneurial driver of this journey. You will own product discovery, vision, and execution for early-stage prototypes and MVPs, working closely with a hands-on Tech Lead.

This is a unique opportunity to shape a “startup within a company” and establish product DNA in a firm with two and a half decades of client-service experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the initial prototypes and MVPs.
• Lead product discovery: customer interviews, market research, competitor benchmarking.
• Translate business problems into product hypotheses, testable prototypes, and MVPs.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., Figma AI, Lovable, ChatGPT, MidJourney, Notion AI) to accelerate ideation and prototyping.
• Collaborate closely with the Tech Lead to align product goals with technical feasibility.
• Prioritize features and manage trade-offs between scope, speed, and quality.
• Establish lightweight metrics (adoption, usability, time-to-value) for success measurement.
• Advocate for product culture within the organization, coaching stakeholders on product thinking.

Requirements

• Proven experience building products in startup or 0→1 environments.
• Strong expertise in rapid prototyping, lean product development, and agile methods.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI-assisted product workflows.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to align technical and business teams.
• Strong analytical skills, with a bias toward data-driven decisions.
• Comfort working in high-ambiguity, fast-paced environments.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to SaaS, enterprise applications, or AI-driven solutions.
• Experience scaling MVPs to market-ready products.
• Familiarity with cloud-native ecosystems (AWS/GCP/Azure).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs400,000.00 per month
