Job Description: Product Manager – Academic Programs We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Product Manager to lead the development, branding, and success of academic programs within a defined academic cluster. This role owns the end-to-end product lifecycle—from ideation and development to launch, positioning, and continuous improvement—working closely with academic, design, marketing, admissions, and sales teams. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Lifecycle Management
• Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with institutional and business objectives.
• Own the complete product lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on market insights, user feedback, and data.
Market Research & Data-Driven Decisions
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and differentiation.
• Use data and analytics to track product performance and optimize outcomes.
• Collect and analyze user feedback to continuously enhance academic offerings.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with academic, design, marketing, admissions, and sales teams for seamless execution.
• Communicate product plans, progress, and outcomes to key stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks across the product development lifecycle.
Product Branding & Positioning
• Develop and execute branding strategies for academic programs and institutional offerings.
• Define value propositions and messaging for students, parents, and working professionals.
• Ensure consistent branding across digital, print, campus, and media channels.
Go-To-Market & Launch Strategy
• Lead branding and positioning for new program launches, admissions cycles, and special initiatives.
• Collaborate with digital marketing, ORM, PR, and admissions teams to deliver unified campaigns. • Create program-level toolkits including USPs, pitch decks, brochures, FAQs, and sales collateral.
Content & Communication
• Oversee development of program brochures, websites, landing pages, videos, and presentations. • Ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency in academic and regulatory communication.
• Maintain brand tone and guidelines across all communication platforms.
Budget, Stakeholder & Vendor Management
• Manage product budgets efficiently in alignment with financial goals.
• Work closely with academic heads, schools, and departments to translate academic strengths into compelling offerings.
• Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and creative partners.
Education & Skills
• 8+ years of experience in the education Industry.
• Proven experience managing and launching products from concept to market.
• Strong understanding of product management principles, frameworks, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a user-centric mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI-driven educational solutions is an added advantage.
• Passion for education and technology-led impact.
