About the Role
We are looking for a highly execution-oriented
Product Manager
who will own sub-charters across core user journeys including discovery, search, catalog quality, and conversion.
This role demands strong problem structuring, hands-on delivery, and a metric-driven mindset. You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and Business teams to ship high-impact improvements in a fast-paced environment.
What You Will Do
Market & Customer Understanding

Develop deep understanding of user behavior across discovery and purchase journeys

Analyze search logs, funnel drop-offs, catalog gaps, and user feedback

Benchmark against leading ecommerce platforms to identify improvement areas
Problem Identification & Prioritization
-
Break down ambiguous problems into structured components
-
Identify high-impact opportunities across relevance, catalog hygiene, and conversion
-
Prioritize initiatives based on impact, effort, and business goals
Solution Discovery & Experimentation
-
Work with Engineering and Design to create technology-led solutions
-
Run MVPs, prototypes, and structured A/B experiments

Iterate rapidly based on quantitative and qualitative feedback
Execution Excellence

Define detailed PRDs including problem statements, requirements, edge cases, impact sizing, and instrumentation

Own backlog grooming, sprint planning, and roadmap planning (1–2 quarters view for platform improvements)

Ensure high-quality delivery through UAT, validation, and post-launch monitoring

Balance speed with strong execution standards
Metrics & Impact Ownership

Define and track KPIs such as CTR, search-to-order conversion, zero-result rate, catalog accuracy, and funnel drop-offs

Establish dashboards to monitor product impact and delivery efficiency

Drive continuous optimization through data-led decision making

Partner with Growth and Business teams to plan feature launches

Ensure strong adoption through communication, lifecycle nudges, and measurement
What You Will Need

4+ years overall experience with 2+ years in Product Management in a tech-led company (consumer internet preferred)

Strong structured problem-solving and first principles thinking

Proven experience writing detailed PRDs and managing execution in agile sprint cycles

Familiarity with experimentation frameworks (A/B testing)

Strong analytical skills (SQL/analytics tools preferred)

Good understanding of technology and comfort working with engineering teams

Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
