As a
Product Manager
, you will own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology solutions. You will drive product planning, prioritize initiatives based on value and impact, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-quality solutions that meet market and organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities

Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with organizational goals.

Lead product discovery activities including market analysis, stakeholder interviews, and competitive research.

Translate business strategy into prioritized product initiatives and detailed requirements.

Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring features are clearly defined and aligned with business value.

Collaborate closely with Delivery Managers, developers, UX designers, and QA teams to ensure successful product delivery.

Make data-driven decisions to optimize product performance and customer experience.

Engage with stakeholders at all levels to manage expectations and provide regular product updates.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies, governance frameworks, and regulatory requirements.

Monitor product performance metrics and continuously identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.

8–10 years of experience in Product Management or Business Analysis, with progressive responsibility in product ownership and strategy.

Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, roadmap planning, and value-driven prioritization.

Experience working with ERPs and government projects.
-
Solid knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Strong business acumen with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency with product and project tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, MS Visio, JIRA, or similar).

Ability to analyze complex problems and translate them into scalable product solutions.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Relevant certifications such as PMI-ACP, Pragmatic Institute, or equivalent are preferred.

Must be willing to work onsite in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Must be fluent in Arabic and English to effectively engage with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
