Position Summary
The Product Manager, Expanse Automation will report directly to the Director, Expanse Testing and Automation and collaborate closely with the Expanse team and various business partners. This role involves working across teams to support data mapping, process efficiency, and business needs related to Expanse product implementation. The Product Manager will oversee Consulting Product Leads or Analysts, manage project coordination, address issue escalations, and ensure successful product implementation and operational continuity. As a key member of the Technical Solutions team, this manager will contribute to knowledge-sharing, process improvement, and identifying synergies within the program. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, have a passion for both people and product, and a strong focus on continuous process improvement.
Major Responsibilities:
- Manage Consulting Product Leads and Analysts, as well as technical resources on a "dotted line" basis.

Provide regular updates to the Director on project status, product challenges, team progress, and potential barriers.

Collaborate with multiple teams to align on strategies, planning, and address implementation challenges related to Expanse.

Coordinate efforts across various business lines to ensure a unified, strategic approach to project deliverables.

Support business needs by addressing arising issues and providing solutions.

Timely escalation of concerns that may affect successful product go-live, with thorough detail and resolution strategies.

Facilitate and actively participate in team and project meetings.

Deliver detailed reports and status updates to key stakeholders as needed.

Propose recommendations and process improvements to ensure project success.

Work closely with consultants to develop effective support tools for smooth functional implementations.

Occasional travel may be required to support business initiatives.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree Required

Master's degree in a relevant field Preferred

Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience Required

1-3 years of leadership experience Preferred

Experience briefing executive audiences and managing complex stakeholder relationships Required

Familiarity with EHR systems and data Preferred

Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
