Product Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Product Manager to lead the development and management of our products. The Product Manager will be responsible for defining product vision, gathering and prioritizing requirements, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful product delivery that meets customer needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize customer and business requirements.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, and sales teams throughout the product life cycle.
• Manage product backlogs and prioritize features based on business value.
• Coordinate product launches and go-to-market strategies.
• Monitor product performance using KPIs and analytics tools.
• Collect customer feedback and implement continuous product improvements.
• Ensure products are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with company goals.
• Present product updates, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration & Marketing.
• MBA or relevant certifications will be considered an advantage.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of product development.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication & presentation skills
• Preferred industries e.g. Tiles, Ceramics, Paints etc.

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs170,000.00 per month
