The Opportunity
We are seeking a Product Manager to join the GenStudio team and focus on plugins that extend GenStudio to meet where the creatives and marketers in their tool of choice . This role is central to ensuring that GenStudio’s modules connect seamlessly through plugins—delivering value to customers in their day-to-day workflows.
The candidate will engage with Engineering, UX, Partner Solutions, and Go-To-Market to bring to life plugin roadmap. This is an ideal role for someone early in their product career who is eager to work on a platform product, contribute to an extensibility ecosystem, and grow into a broader product leadership role.
What You’ll Do
Plugin Execution & Roadmap Support
Help define and deliver the roadmap for GenStudio plugins across creative, marketing, and enterprise workflows.
Develop clear product requirements (PRDs) and partner with Engineering and UX to implement plugin development.
Support plugin lifecycle management including requirements gathering, prioritization, release planning, and bug triage.
Ensure plugins are reliable, performant, and aligned with customer and enterprise needs.
Customer & Workflow Focus
Gather customer feedback, analyze use cases, and translate insights into actionable requirements for plugin improvements.
Partner with internal teams to validate plugin use cases that connect GenStudio modules into creators’ native workflows.
Support usability testing and research to ensure plugin experiences are intuitive and impactful.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Developer Experience to ensure documentation, onboarding, and support resources are available for plugin adoption.
Partner with Marketing and GTM teams to support plugin launches, customer communications, and usage tracking.
Define and track plugin success metrics such as adoption, engagement, and satisfaction.
You’re a Great Fit If You
Have 2–4 years of product management, program management, or related experience in SaaS, integrations, or creative/marketing tools.
Are comfortable working with APIs, SDKs, or plugin frameworks and collaborating closely with engineers.
Are passionate about customer workflows and enjoy translating user needs into product requirements.
Have excellent communication skills and can align cross-functional collaborators on priorities.
Are thorough, data-centric, and succeed in high-energy settings where progress and evolution are essential.
Are eager to grow your career in product management, with exposure to platform and extensibility strategy.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $84,200 -- $165,000 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
