Product Manager (Digital Platform) – Bilingual

The Product Manager owns the end-to-end product lifecycle for a new digital platform and is accountable for both product outcomes and early commercial results. This includes customer discovery, roadmap ownership, delivery execution, launches, and active participation in revenue generation through customer meetings, demos, proposals, and closing early deals while maintaining product scalability and delivery integrity.

Important Language Requirement: This role requires bilingual fluency in English and Arabic, as the Product Manager will interact directly with Arabic-speaking clients, stakeholders, partners and management. Candidates who do not speak Arabic fluently will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities
▪ Product Strategy & Discovery
o Define product vision, Ideal Customer Profile, positioning, and value proposition.
o Lead customer discovery: interviews, workshops, user testing, competitor analysis.
o Convert insights into clear problem statements, hypotheses, and measurable experiments.
o Own product requirements: PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, journey maps.

▪ Roadmap, Prioritization & Delivery
o Build and maintain roadmap aligned to business goals and capacity.
o Prioritize using structured methods with explicit trade-off decisions.
o Work with other teams to deliver releases on schedule and quality.
o Ensure platform fundamentals: performance, reliability, security, privacy, and compliance.
o Own release readiness, UAT coordination, and post-release monitoring.

▪ Go-To-Market (GTM) & Growth
o Own launch plans with Marketing: messaging, campaigns, channel plan, content needs.
o Improve funnel metrics (acquisition - activation - retention), run A/B tests and iterations.
o Define onboarding, activation flows, and in-product guidance to drive adoption.
o Produce enablement assets: product one-pagers, FAQs, demo scripts, case studies.

▪ Stakeholder & Cross-functional Leadership
o Act as the single point of accountability for product decisions and prioritization.
o Align stakeholders on delivery and commercial goals.
o Handle escalations and resolve conflicts using data and documented decisions.

▪ Qualifications
o Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
o Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role within digital platforms.
o knowledge of SEO principles, analytics tools, and digital performance metrics.
o Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
o Strong analytical mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes and data-driven decision-making.
o Bilingual fluency — English and Arabic.
