Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudFormation, etc.). Proven ability to work with cross-functional Agile teams. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and DevOps practices. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills. Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Git. Define and maintain the product roadmap for backend services and cloud infrastructure. Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and technical requirements. Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Collaborate with Java Spring Boot developers, AWS architects, and DevOps teams. Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Ensure cloud-native best practices are followed in AWS deployments and architecture. Monitor product performance and user feedback to guide iterative improvements. Serve as the primary point of contact for product decisions and prioritization.
