Product Manager – Software Development

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and drive the product roadmap for FinTech solutions (payments, lending, trading, wealth management, etc.).
• Collaborate with engineering teams to translate business needs into technical requirements and product features.
• Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog and sprint planning.
• Work with cross-functional teams – developers, designers, data scientists, and QA – to deliver high-quality products.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback sessions to enhance product features.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, security standards, and data privacy norms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of product vision with business objectives.
• Leverage AI/ML and automation to enhance product features such as fraud detection, personalization, and risk assessment.
• Monitor KPIs and product performance, and iterate based on user adoption and feedback.

• 1–6 years of experience as a Product Manager in the FinTech industry.
• Strong software development background (hands-on experience with Python, APIs, Databases, or related technologies is a plus).
• Knowledge of financial products (payments, lending, trading platforms, digital wallets, investment tools, etc.).
• Familiarity with AI/ML applications in finance (fraud detection, recommendation systems, RAG/chatbots for finance).
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, client communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to create detailed PRDs, wireframes, and workflows.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
