Product Manager (Technical Products & Waterproofing)

Location: İzmir Plant or Maltepe Office

The Role:

We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to drive product strategy, market development, and lifecycle management within our portfolio. You’ll report to the Marketing Senior Manager and play a key role in shaping our product offerings while supporting growth and innovation.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute strategic plans for your product category
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
• Lead product development and launch initiatives with cross-functional teams
• Track sales performance and ensure alignment with business goals
• Manage customer complaints and provide technical training internally and externally
• Mentor and develop team members

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (MBA preferred)
• 10+ years’ professional experience, with 5+ in construction marketing
• Fluent in English
• Team player, adaptable, and results-driven
• Willingness to travel
