Product Manager_Arabic speaker

We are hiring a Product Manager who will be responsible for defining, delivering, and managing digital products within the organization. This role focuses on aligning business objectives with user needs, driving product strategy, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions through close collaboration with cross-functional teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives
  • Gather, analyze, and prioritize business and user requirements
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions
  • Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Own and manage the product backlog , ensuring prioritization based on business value
  • Lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews)
  • Monitor product performance using KPIs and analytics , driving continuous improvement
  • Ensure timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems , or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management or similar role
  • Proven experience delivering digital products in Agile environments
  • Strong understanding of the product lifecycle and delivery frameworks
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into actionable requirements
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, business)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in digital transformation programs
  • Familiarity with data-driven product management and analytics tools
  • Understanding of UX/UI and user-centered design principles
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Confluence , or similar
  • Knowledge of technical concepts (APIs, integrations, cloud environments)
