The opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Product Marketing Graduate Trainee to join our team. In this role, you will be participating in a 12-month rotational program across Hitachi Energy's various businesses and functions, including an optional overseas assignment.

- Engaging in job assignments and project work every 3-6 months to accelerate the development of functional and leadership competencies.

Willing to work in the product marketing function where he will work in the sales, tendering, marketing and business analysis activities after finishing the training program.

Being part of the whole sales funnel from a supply side standpoint, from bid and proposal/tendering stage to price setting with the objective of speeding up the decision-making process and price decisions. This role is also instrumental for cross-factory bid and/or cross-hub tenders

Driving the efficiency and willingness to spread the product/ pricing and reporting knowledge cross all the different functions supply and demand side.

Being vocal point for Transformer knowledge and product traits in the demand and supply side activities.

You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

A bachelor’s degree in electrical Power and Machines Engineering University.

Recent university graduates in relevant fields with good grades (CGPA 3.5 above or 80% above is the proposed benchmark for Countries).
