We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our Product team. The Product Marketing Manager will own how our AI data products are understood across our markets, from defining the ideal customer and value proposition, through to launch, adoption and expansion. This role is at the centre of Product, Marketing and Sales. Turning product capabilities into clear, compelling stories that drive demand and revenue.

We are looking for someone who will roll their sleeves up and get involved. This is a single contributor role for the short to medium term, and the right candidate will be a person who is a self-starter, highly collaborative and will drive momentum across multiple product lines.

Requirements

Product Strategy

  • Work closely with Product Managers to develop clear product positioning and messaging that clearly articulates value and differentiation for target segments
  • Partner with research, product and innovation teams to conduct discovery sessions and focus groups. Helping to gather insights, and clearly identify trends across persona’s and clients
  • Define and continuously refine ideal customer profiles, personas, and develop use-case outlines that become the basis for validating product value to users
  • Collaborate with product managers to influence the product roadmap using market, customer and competitive insights
  • Champion the voice of customer internally, ensuring consistency in messaging across all customer touchpoints

Go To Market Strategy

  • Lead go-to-market planning for new products and features, including launch plans/goals, timelines and success metrics
  • Create high impact sales enablement material (pitch decks, one-pagers, FAQs, product pages, case studies, event and digital assets)
  • Work closely with sales leadership to understand field needs and ensure teams are equipped to sell effectively
  • Collaborate with Sales and Delivery to plan and execute campaigns across the buyer journey. Continuosly train and support sales to create additional confidence on product positioning and commercial momentum
  • Monitor and manage campaign performance, and drive change to improve campaigns
  • Create industry and sector share of mind by organisizing, leading and mobilizing organisatiional SMEs across key industry platforms

External Partner Management

  • Own and lead the engagement with agency partners specifically to enhance product awarenesss, visibility and deliver product campaigns e.g. events, channels
  • Identify, collaborate and partner with different agencies and non agency partners to accelerate commercialization objectives for different products e.g. support roadshows and industry initiatives

General

  • 10+ years of experience in Product Marketing with specialist experience in enterprise Ai data products and businesses
  • Demonstrable experience with go-to market for AI data products and feature launches
  • Excellent ability to translate technical capabilities into clear customer value stories
  • Demonstrable experience conducting customer and market research and turning insights into actionable recommendations

Digital Marketing Expertise

  • Proven experience in developing and executing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns
  • Understanding of SEO/SEM strategies and content optimization for user research through all new and incumbent user research channels
  • Knowledge of conversion rate optimization, A/B testing methodologies and landing page best practices

Benefits

  • Comfortable with technical audiences including Data Engineers, Data Scientists & IT Leaders
  • Understanding of AI/ML concepts, data infrastructure and enterprise data challenges
  • Experience marketing to Fortune 500 or equivalent
  • MBA is desirable not essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including customer facing content and internal enablement materials
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with using data to inform decisions (product analytics, marketing tools)
  • Understanding of enterprise software buying processes and decision-making dynamics

Experience working in marketing and corporate strategy/communication roles in technology businesses.

Experience in early and mid stage startups
