About the role
We’re hiring a Product Marketing Manager for VentureOne’s new robotics venture to shape how customers understand, adopt, and experience our robotic platforms. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, market insight, customer understanding, and go-to-market execution.
You will work closely with engineering, design, and operations teams to understand product capabilities and translate them into clear messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies. This role is ideal for someone who can translate complex concepts into clear, compelling messages and is passionate about shaping customers' experiences with our robotic products.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and lead product launches, including messaging, content development, and internal enablement.

Create product documentation, training materials, deployment guides, and onboarding experiences to support customer adoption.

Develop and maintain industry-specific use case frameworks, customer personas, and adoption playbooks.

Track product and feature performance using customer feedback and usage insights to provide recommendations for product improvements.

Represent the product at customer meetings, pilot deployments, industry conferences, and robotics events.

Collaborate closely with sales and business development to ensure they have the tools and knowledge needed to communicate product value.

Build and execute go-to-market strategies for new product features, updates, and industry-specific capabilities.

Develop clear, customer-focused messages that explain the capabilities, benefits, and use cases of our robotic products.

Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to identify trends, gaps, and new opportunities.
Minimum Requirements:

5–8 years of experience in a product marketing role (mandatory).

Experience working with software or hardware products in a technological environment is an advantage.

Proven ability to develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.

Experience managing product launches, customer education, and cross-functional project execution.

Strong analytical and research capabilities to identify market opportunities and assess product-market fit.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technological concepts in clear and compelling messages.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate with engineering, product, design, sales, and leadership teams.

Strong problem-solving ability and comfort operating in fast-paced, early-stage environments.

Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for customer engagements, product demonstrations, and industry events.
