Product Operations (Voice AI)
AI agents are being adopted everywhere, and Plivo is leading the effort in creating enterprise-grade AI agents for customer communication. Our platform enables businesses to build intelligent solutions across voice, SMS, and WhatsApp - all powered by Plivo's robust voice and messaging APIs. This role is for a Product Operations Engineer within the Voice product team vertical. You will work closely with product managers, engineering, and customer support teams to ensure business continuity, maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines, and drive operational excellence.
