Product Operations Manager – International Markets

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Gaming Operations Manager to oversee product strategy, operational execution, and performance optimization for our international gaming portfolio.

This role collaborates closely with senior leadership to drive product planning, monetization strategy, and cross-functional delivery from concept through global deployment.

Key Responsibilities

Support leadership in defining product strategy and release roadmaps
Lead requirement gathering, feature planning, and coordination with development teams
Manage daily operations of the product team including goal setting and performance tracking
Monitor and optimize KPIs such as user retention, engagement, DAU, and monetization metrics
Align cross-functional teams including Product, Technology, Marketing, Compliance, and Operations
Ensure scalable product deployment across international markets
Continuously enhance monetization strategy and user lifecycle management

Requirements

5+ years of experience in the digital gaming industry
3+ years in a Product Lead / Product Owner / Game Operations role
Experience managing high-revenue digital gaming products
Strong understanding of European online gaming markets
Proven experience managing products in regulated environments
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
Ability to work in a multilingual environment (Chinese reading ability is a plus)

Preferred Qualifications

Cross-platform product experience (Web & Mobile Applications)
Familiarity with collaboration workflows in common game development environments
Experience working with regulated international markets
